Professional Dining Savvy
Ages 18 to 22
This program prepares students for the “dining” interview and/or business luncheon or dinner.
Students will be comfortable and at ease when faced with a multitude of silverware and glassware choices, with napkin etiquette, with toasting savvy, and with styles of dining, both American and Continental. This is a crucial course for those who plan on entertaining clients or simply dining with their peers.
Students receive an illustrated workbook for future reference.
