Michèle Oricoli is the founder of MORE THAN MANNERS LLC. After a career on Wall Street and obtaining a Master’s in Counseling, she was certified as a Children’s Etiquette Consultant by The Protocol School of Washington followed by a certification as a Business Etiquette Consultant by The Emily Post Institute. She founded the Connecticut School of Etiquette in 2001. After taking time off of to raise her five children, Michèle was eager to share her passion, expertise, and personal experience by developing her programs including modules not typically offered in the etiquette arena. Her proprietary UP Programs are the foundation of her offerings. “Our programs are modern, practical, unpretentious, and empowering. Clients leave feeling confident, poised and at ease regardless of the setting.”

In addition, Michèle has been previously featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal as well as numerous written and online publications, local television, newspapers, magazines and media outlets.
